The functions in this section simplify data exchange between different software versions.

Convert to Standard-VCMX

This function modifies your programs to ensure compatibility with versions that do not include our plugin.

KUKA.SIM

Converts Contour Statements into basic Fold Statements. Each Fold Statement contains subordinate Fold Statements representing the original Contour segments (“Approach,” “Process,” “Depart”). The original program structure is preserved. A context menu option allows reverting Fold Statements back to Contour Statements.

PathPlanning Statements are replaced with simple Fold Statements.

Visual Components

Generates Comment Statements to maintain the structure of Contour Statements. A context menu option enables selective conversion back to Contour Statements (only works with comments created by this function). Four comments are generated for Contour Statements:

• “ContourStart”
• “ApproachEnd ProcessStart”
• “ProcessEnd DepartStart”
• “ContourEnd”

For PathPlanning Statements, only start and end comments are created:

• “PathPlanning Px → Py”
• “PathPlanning Px → Py END”
